An unfurnished house is a shell. It has no personality with which potential buyers can connect or relate to. A vacant house is unappealing as it lacks that ‘lived in’ feeling that draws people into imagining the experiences their new home will offer them. A vacant house is just a house, a staged house is a home and the majority of people are making an emotional purchase when they buy a home.
We buy all our furniture from NZ stores such as Freedom, Nood and Farmers.
