Originally from the UK, I’ve grown up on the North Shore. My ethos is about how important exercise as having a positive weekly routine is for your mental health. Having lost my father to suicide in 2022 I am more passionate than ever to express the positive relationship between consistent exercise/improvements in physical and mental health. I see training as a tool to improve mental clarify, mental strength, resilience and mood. I have created a space where everyone can feel welcome, find progress in their training in whatever area that means to them, and a place where people can enjoy exercise and the people they are training with.
My aim is to create a training offering where some days you can push yourself hard, and others just be proud for getting yourself moving.
