Owners of Sushi-Ya Sushi, John and Yani Yang, are breathing fresh life into the business since purchasing it in early 2022. John brings more than 20 years of international experience with him, having honed his cheffing skills in Korea, the Philippines and China. He has a passion for preparing authentic Japanese dishes, sometimes adding a fusion twist. The sushi is made freshly every day and John encourages his customers to try something different. John and Yani have been part of the local community since 2014 and love serving their brand of sushi to the locals.
