🎄 The Biggest Little Parade in Auckland is back!
Get into the Christmas spirit and join us in Browns Bay on Saturday, 5 December 2026 for a festive day of entertainment, markets and the much-loved Browns Bay Christmas Parade.
From 3pm, Phoenix Plaza will be buzzing with live bands, Christmas carols and festive entertainment. Roaming performers will keep the kids entertained, while the arts and crafts market runs from 3pm–7pm, with locally made gifts, treats and plenty of Christmas shopping ideas.
Then at 5pm sharp, the Browns Bay Christmas Parade takes to the streets. Enjoy a colourful procession of floats, bands, dancers, entertainers and much-loved Christmas characters as they make their way through the town centre.
The parade is a free community event and a great opportunity for families and friends to come together and enjoy the Christmas season in Browns Bay.
🎅 Parade Route:
The parade begins at the northern end of Beach Front Lane (Marine Centre and Police Station), loops through the town centre via Beach Front Lane, Anzac Road, Glen Road, and Bute Road, before returning to its starting point around 6pm. Find a good spot anywhere along the route to enjoy the action!
đźš— Parking & Road Closures:
Please consider using public transport or carpooling. If driving, park outside the town centre as some streets will be closed between 2.30pm – 7pm. Clyde Road remains open and can be accessed via Beach Road and Inverness Road. There is no access from Anzac, Bute, Valley or Browns Bay Roads after 2.30pm.
🛍️ Arts & Crafts Market
The Christmas market runs from 3pm–7pm at Phoenix Plaza, featuring arts, crafts and locally made products. For stallholder enquiries, email sales@aucklandmamamarket.co.nz.
